A:ログイン状態が保持されない原因として以下の原因が考えられます。以下ご確認または実施してみてください。
✓Cookieの確認: ブラウザの設定でCookieが有効になっているか確認しましょう。初期設定では有効ですが、無効になっている可能性があります。 Cookieが無効だとログイン状態を保持できません。
✓シークレットモードの確認: シークレットモード（プライベートブラウズ）ではCookieが保存されないため、ログイン状態は保持されません。通常モードで閲覧してください。
✓Cookie自動削除設定の確認: ブラウザを閉じた際にCookieが自動的に削除される設定になっていないか確認しましょう。設定されているとログイン状態が保持されません。セキュリティソフトでもCookieが自動削除される設定になっている可能性があります。
✓ブラウザ拡張機能の確認: コンテンツブロッカーなどの拡張機能がログイン状態に影響している可能性があります。拡張機能を全て無効化し、一つずつ有効化しながら、ログイン状態が保持されるか確認してみましょう。

Q:I can’t download the video
A:Downloads are a privilege based on the rank of the paid member. There are videos that can only be downloaded if you meet that rank. (We recommend using a computer to download.) After entering the password, click Vimeo at the bottom right of the video to go to Vimeo(Vimeo registration is not required), enter the password again, and download the video (there is a download button). You may be able to download from the PC version opened in Chrome or the meatball menu on your smartphone or iPad. Depending on the device specifications, there are various cases where downloads are not supported or 4K playback is not supported, so in that case we cannot answer individual questions. Q:Even if I log in, the login is not reflected and I cannot enter the paid member page.
Q:When I move to another page from the logged in state, the login page appears again and again and I cannot enter that page. The login screen guidance is repeated.
A:The following are possible reasons why your login status may not be retained. Please check or try the following:
✓Check cookies: Check whether cookies are enabled in your browser settings. They are enabled by default, but they may be disabled. If cookies are disabled, you will not be able to retain your login status.
✓Check incognito mode: Cookies are not saved in incognito mode (private browsing), so your login status will not be retained. Please browse in normal mode.

A: There are two types of paid membership: one is a one-time purchase, and the other is a subscription purchase.
If you purchase a one-time membership, you will automatically be downgraded to a free membership after your current membership expires. (If you log in again, your logged-in membership will have free membership status.) If you wish to renew, please register again from the paid membership registration page after your membership expires.
If you are a subscription member, you will not receive any information or contact regarding your renewal date approaching; your membership will be automatically renewed for the same period on the last day of your membership expiration date. (You can cancel your subscription at any time.)
Please check the renewal date (the expiration date of your subscription is listed in the email you received from the site at the time of purchase. If you’re unsure, please contact us). If you don’t wish to renew, you’ll need to click the “Cancel Subscription” button in the main body of the paid membership registration page before the expiration date (strictly speaking, one minute before the purchase time on the day, but we recommend canceling one day in advance).
So, if you’re a subscription member and want to continue your paid membership for another year, your membership will be automatically renewed, so you don’t need to do anything special.
